We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information

Business Factory Corporation does not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not rent or otherwise disclose your personal information to data brokers.

We do not use analytics or advertising trackers

This website does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, Mixpanel, or any other analytics or advertising platform. The only third-party network requests this site makes are to Google Fonts, for typography, and, on pages with a form, to Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than a bot. Neither is used for advertising or to build a profile of you.

What we do collect

The only personal information we collect is what you submit through our contact form and access-request form, plus the IP address and browser type recorded with each submission to prevent abuse. Our hosting provider records standard web server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and operations. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.

Your rights under California law (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you.
• Delete personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (we do neither — so the right is automatically honored).
• Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

Your rights under EU and UK law (GDPR / UK GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection under Articles 15–22 of the GDPR. The legal basis for our limited processing of messages you send us is your consent (Article 6(1)(a)) and our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).

How to exercise your rights

Email [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Request” and the action you would like us to take. We will action verifiable requests within thirty days at no cost. We do not respond to automated bulk requests.

Authorized agents

If you are submitting a request on behalf of another person under the California Consumer Privacy Act, please include proof of authorization with your request.
