1. Who we are

Business Factory Corporation (“Business Factory,” “we,” “us”) is a Nevada corporation headquartered in Reno, Nevada. Nevada Secretary of State Entity Number E51156852025-2, Nevada Business Identification NV20253420452. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you visit bizfactorynv.com.

2. Information we collect

We collect what you submit through the forms on this website. A contact message includes your name, email address, subject and message. An access request includes your name, license number, work email, firm and role, and may also include your phone numbers, referrer, markets or properties, how you would use Atterra, and whether we may text you. With each submission we also record your IP address and browser type, to prevent abuse.

We do not use analytics or advertising trackers. The only third-party resources the site loads are Google Fonts, for typography, and, on pages with a form, Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than a bot; Cloudflare processes information about your browser and connection to make that check. Our hosting provider records standard web server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and operations.

3. How we use it

Submissions are stored in our database, and a copy is emailed to us through Resend; our inbox is hosted on Google Workspace. We use the information to respond to your inquiry and, for access requests, to review your request, verify your identity and license, contact you about access, and set up your account if it is approved. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Where data lives

The website, its form backend and its database are hosted on DigitalOcean in the United States. Form notifications are delivered by Resend. Email is handled by Google Workspace.

5. Retention

Access requests are kept for as long as we need them to evaluate the request and, if approved, to provide your account. Contact messages are kept for the duration of business correspondence. You can ask us to delete either at any time (see below). Web server logs are kept by our hosting provider under its own retention policy.

6. Your rights

You may request deletion of any record we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We will action verifiable requests within thirty days. We do not respond to automated bulk requests.

7. Children

The website is not directed to children under thirteen and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

8. Changes

If we materially change this Policy we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the website after the update constitutes acceptance.
